-an education outreach initiative of the Sustainable Living Foundation.
After a highly successful campaign last year we are sending this invitation for you to be a part of Cycle for Sustainability 2006!
This is now the second year of the project. In 2005 a team of 10 individuals with a passion for sustainable living came together to deliver an education campaign to inspire and engage school groups and the broader community on issues and actions toward sustainability. During 5 months we cycled over 4500km between Brisbane and Hobart, performing a comical skit to more than 3000 school students and hosting many public information stalls.
This year the education journey will commence in mid August in Sydney and finish in Hobart in mid December. We are now building the team for 2006 and there are many opportunities for you to contribute or get involved, such as:
Being involved in this project is your chance to inspire others and ‘Be the change you wish to see in the world’ (Gandhi)
